How It Works

1. Community members complete Resist and Respond training on constitutional rights, rapid response protocols, and secure communication practices.

2. When ICE presence is confirmed through our vetted dispatch process, an alert is sent via Signal or another encrypted app.

3. Trained volunteers mobilize to document, observe, and ensure transparency during immigration enforcement actions.

4. Our presence ensures that every individual’s rights are respected, and that enforcement actions are lawful and accountable.
