Acompañar: Building Internships With Intention is a two-part professional workshop designed for organizations, nonprofits, and mission-driven businesses seeking ethical, effective ways to build internship programs that strengthen capacity while investing in people. Many organizations rely on outdated internship models that prioritize output over learning, resulting in high turnover, limited retention, and minimal long-term return. This workshop introduces a different approach—one grounded in mentorship, intentional design, and mutual value.
